Our Customers Say

“There was a burst water pipe on the road my son usually gets the bus & so traffic was diverted as an emergency. I was totally unaware this was going on but I’m so thankful that the driver stopped at the diversion and signalled for him to get back to me safely, it was fantastic that he took the time to do this for a wee one.”

Maria

“We booked the Christmas shopping trip to Newcastle. It was fantastic. We were well looked after. Great day out, fantastic company and laughs all the way. Can’t wait till next year!”

Tanya

“Just wanted to express my gratitude and say thank you to our bus driver Graeme. He was absolutely amazing. Not only was he an amazing bus driver, he was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge and experience of the area was hands down awesome. When you get Graeme as a bus driver you get a bonus tour guide along with it.”

Joey

“Thank you for the great service today for our nursery trip…. John our driver was very patient with us, arrived in good time and gave a lovely smooth drive. Thanks to Lewis in the office for the great communication from enquiry to booking, confirmation and sending details of driver, times etc day before travel. Will definitely use again…. We had a great day”

Carol

“Both drivers, Kevin and Stevie, were absolutely top class. They were on time every morning and made sure we arrived at the venue on time. They were friendly, professional, and could not have done enough to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The buses were comfortable and spacious, and overall, we were extremely happy with the service we received.”

Brian

“Would like to leave a wee review about the 13 bus. I get the bus every night after my work. The driver on the bus is professional and has a great approach and manner to all passengers. Always willing to help aged passengers as well as advise on other times of busses. He is a credit to this service. Think his name is Rab ;-)”

Alana

“From making the original booking, through the planning process, and to the final few bits of preparation, your service has been fantastic.

I knew Andy and Caroline would be great. However, they surpassed even my high expectations and became part of our band for the whole trip. Nothing was a bother, there were no surprise stops or any limitations due to bad planning, the whole thing was smooth from start to finish.”

George

“Our recent trip was really enjoyable, which was in many ways due to our driver Mark going above and beyond to ensure our safety, giving us insights into the places we were visiting, helping us get the most from our days and keeping us well informed. Having spent 10 days with other passengers it was clear that he was very highly thought of and all his help and kindness were appreciated. ”

Lesley

“My son left his wallet on the 18 service between Kelty and Leven yesterday. Emma took my call and acted instantly. She contacted the driver directly and as soon as he could, he got my son’s wallet and kept it with him. I met him in Kirkcaldy bus station, after he made his way back from Leven, while he had a short stop.
Massive thanks to the team and how quickly they handled the situation.”
